As we enter the middle of March and The Masters is now just a few weeks away, the golfing juices are bubbling in anticipation of the golfing year ahead. If like me you cannot wait to get back to golf, then watching the The Players Championship must have got you polishing off them clubs.

I know a few of you may be short of supplies leading up to the restart, so we will be running a call/email and collect service on limited days this coming week to help you get everything you need for the restart. So go check your bag and see if you have enough balls for that first round, your gloves not gone mouldy or a mouse hasn't eaten a hole in your bag to get at the chocolate you left in the pocket from the last time out.

Sunday, 28th: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Thursday, 25th March will be my 2 Year Anniversary at Pinner Hill GC. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the members for welcoming into the club and supporting me through these tough times.

To show my appreciation we will be giving a free tea or coffee to all golfers at the halfway hut for the first week back. To do so all you need to do is collect you coupon before you tee off and then hand it in half way round for a tea or coffee just how you like it, even Chris Fry with his six spoons of sugar...!

Deja vu

After a crazy few days of the good, the bad & the ugly at TPC Sawgrass, we appeared to have a repeat of the previous week’s Sunday shoot-out between Bryson DeChambeau and Lee Westwood at the Players Championship…

We didn’t know it at the time but the winner was ultimately decided on the fourth hole. Bryson topped his tee-shot into the water before Westwood sliced his into the drink. Having made a double-bogey six and a bogey respectively, suddenly Bryson and Lee seemed very relatable! In the end, it was Justin Thomas who came through the chasing pack to claim a one-shot victory after what he described as “one of the best rounds of my life tee-to-green.”
